The payment method to invest in the deals is FPX. Minimum investment starts at RM 500.
Wahed Ventures conducts thorough due diligence on all companies before opening their offers to investors. We verify information and claims in the company’s pitch to ensure they are fair, clear, and not misleading. Companies must provide evidence for material statements of fact or adjust/remove unsupported claims. Our team also examines the company’s legal structure and its directors, using public registers, third-party sources, and direct information from the company. All offerings undergo screening for Shariah compliance.
Investments on the Wahed ECF platform are in the form of ordinary shares in a company. These shares are held in nominee by a custodian appointed by Wahed Ventures, with all the rights to the shares owned by you, the investor. This means you are buying equity in the company. Users who have fully onboarded on the Wahed Ventures platform can invest using the Wahed App. Registration can be completed through the provided link. Onboarded users can explore and invest in available opportunities through the designated link.

- Register under Wahed Ventures by following the Onboarding Guide.
- Complete all necessary details to get onboarded.
- Explore investment opportunities within the app.
Wahed Ventures does not charge a fee for making investments. However, upon exit or liquidity, we charge a 7.5% carry fee on the returns. This means that when you exit your investment (for example, by selling your shares) or when there is a liquidity event (such as the company being acquired), there is a fee of 7.5% for processing and settling the profits made from the investment.
