WAHED TIDAK MEMBERI JAMINAN BAHAWA (1) LAMAN WEB ATAU MANA-MANA PRODUK, PERKHIDMATAN, KANDUNGAN, MAKLUMAT ATAU BAHAN LAIN YANG DIPEROLEH MELALUI LAMAN WEB AKAN MEMENUHI KEPERLUAN ATAU JANGKAAN ANDA; (2) KANDUNGAN, DATA DAN BAHAN YANG DIBENTANGKAN ATAU DIPAPARKAN DI LAMAN WEB ADALAH BETUL, TEPAT ATAU BOLEH DIPERCAYAI; (3) FUNGSI DAN KANDUNGAN YANG TERKANDUNG DALAM ATAU PADA LAMAN WEB AKAN TANPA KESILAPAN; (4) LAMAN WEB AKAN BEBAS DARI VIRUS; (5) LANGKAH-LANGKAH KESELAMATAN YANG DIAMBIL UNTUK MELINDUNGI SUMBANGAN PENGGUNA AKAN MENAHAN PERCUBAAN UNTUK MENGELAKKAN MEKANISME KESELAMATAN ATAU BAHAWA IA TIDAK AKAN ADA RETAKAN, KECACATAN ATAU PENGINGKARAN LAIN BAGI LANGKAH-LANGKAH KESELAMATAN TERSEBUT; ATAU (6) SEBARANG KECACATAN LAMAN WEB AKAN DIPERBETULKAN, WALAUPUN WAHED MENYEDARINYA. WAHED TIDAK AKAN BERTANGGUNGJAWAB TERHADAP SEBARANG VIRUS, KEROSAKAN PADA KOMPUTER ANDA, KEHILANGAN DATA, KERUGIAN KEWANGAN, ATAU SEBARANG KEROSAKAN LAIN YANG TIMBUL DARIPADA PENGGUNAAN LAMAN WEB INI. SEBARANG DAN SEMUA PERBELANJAAN YANG BERKAITAN DENGAN PERKHIDMATAN ATAU PEMBAIKAN YANG DIPERLUKAN UNTUK PERISIAN ATAU PERKAKASAN, VIRUS KOMPUTER, KOD PERISIAN, DAN SEBARANG KERUGIAN ATAU KEROSAKAN AKIBAT PENGGUNAAN LAMAN WEB ADALAH TANGGUNGJAWAB PENGGUNA.

HAD LIABILITI

SETAKAT YANG DIBENARKAN OLEH PERUNDANGAN BERKAITAN, WAHED DALAM TIADA KEADAAN, SEKUTUNYA ATAU PEGAWAI, PENGARAH, PENGURUS, PEKERJA ATAU EJEN MASING-MASING BERTANGGUNGJAWAB TERHADAP SEBARANG GANTI RUGI, TERMASUK, TANPA BATASAN, LANGSUNG, TIDAK LANGSUNG, SAMPINGAN, KHAS, KEROSAKAN AKIBAT ATAU PUNITIF, SAMA ADA DI BAWAH KONTRAK, TORT ATAU SEBARANG TEORI LIABILITI LAIN, YANG TIMBUL BERKAITAN DENGAN (1) PENGGUNAAN LAMAN WEB; (2) SEBARANG KEGAGALAN, KESILAPAN, PENINGGALAN, GANGGUAN, KECACATAN, KELEWATAN, VIRUS KOMPUTER ATAU KEHILANGAN DATA; (3) SEBARANG KEHILANGAN PENGGUNAAN YANG BERKAITAN DENGAN LAMAN WEB ATAU LAMAN WEB YANG DIPAUTKAN; (4) SEBARANG DATA ATAU KANDUNGAN DI LAMAN WEB ATAU LAMAN WEB YANG DIPAUTKAN, TERMASUK TANPA BATASAN SEBARANG GANTI RUGI YANG DISEBABKAN OLEH ATAU AKIBAT PERGANTUNGAN OLEH ANDA PADA SEBARANG MAKLUMAT ATAU KANDUNGAN YANG DIPEROLEHI DARI WAHED; ATAU (5) SEBARANG KERUGIAN YANG BERKAITAN DENGAN PELABURAN DAN KEPUTUSAN PELABURAN ANDA.
